The Cost of Diagnostics, and the importance of insurance

Getting a CBC run at the hospital would cost me around $62 each time if I didn't have the health insurance benefit that I have. It's not a huge amount, but during times of low platelets, it definitely adds up. As it is now, they are covered 100%, even before deductible.

What a blessing that is.
